Alpha Innovative Solutions, LLC was born from experience earned in the field—not just theory. Founded by Christopher M. Diaz, a retired DEA Special Agent with 27 years of law enforcement service, AIS is grounded in a lifetime of critical decision-making, global undercover operations, and leadership under pressure.

Christopher’s journey has taken him from the streets of Virginia to the frontlines of international investigations, working cases involving global drug cartels, arms traffickers, and high-risk criminal enterprises. Along the way, he became more than an agent—he became a problem-solver, a communicator, and a teacher.

After retiring from federal service, Christopher launched AIS to pass on what training alone can’t teach: the mindset and skill set required to lead with integrity in real-world chaos. Whether coaching future officers, advising corporate executives, or training emergency responders, AIS brings hard-earned insight to those who need it most.
