Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Alpha Innovative Solutions, LLC, we value your time and investment. This policy outlines the terms related to payments, cancellations, and refunds for our consulting, training, and speaking services.
*Please Note: If you have signed an Engagement Letter or separate agreement with Alpha Innovative Solutions, LLC, the terms in that agreement will supersede this policy. This website policy applies only in the absence of a formal written agreement.
Consulting & Mentorship Services

All consulting sessions, mentorship programs, and coaching blocks require advance payment.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance of a scheduled session may be rescheduled at no additional charge.

Cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows are non-refundable, except in cases of verified emergency.
Training Programs & Speaking Engagements

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all training sessions and speaking engagements. This deposit secures your event date.

Final payment is due prior to the scheduled event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Events canceled with 7 or more days’ notice may be rescheduled within 90 days without loss of deposit, subject to availability.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit or partial refund at our discretion.
Digital Products & Materials

All sales of downloadable materials, templates, or guides are final and non-refundable.
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disaster, illness, travel restrictions), we reserve the right to reschedule services. We will work with you in good faith to find a reasonable solution.
